The Building Regulations Division operates under Code Enforcement Services to assist the community with regulations, policies, and permits pertaining to signage, and residential and commercial structures, both new and pre-existing. Specifically, the Division provides building permit applications, assistance with these applications, and building inspections that ensure safe, sanitary, and reliable structures for the entire City of Jefferson. The Building Regulations Division and the Department of Community Development strive to make the building permit process as trouble-free as possible by providing resources and personnel to assist the citizens of Jefferson City with all of their building permit needs.
