The City of Jefferson is seeking volunteers for City Boards and Commissions

The City of Jefferson is preparing lists of available volunteers for the following City Boards and Commissions: Board of Adjustment, Cultural Arts Committee, Convention & Visitor’s Bureau,  Board of Electrical Examiners & Review, Environmental Quality Commission, Firefighters’ Retirement Board, Historic Preservation Commission, Housing Authority Board, Human Relations Commission, Industrial Development Authority, JCTV Steering Committee, Planning & Zoning Commission, Plumbing Examiners & Review Board, Police Personnel Board, Tax Increment Finance Commission, Transportation and Traffic Commission, University Extension Council, and the USS Jefferson City Submarine Committee. Information listing a brief description of each board or commission, term lengths, meeting dates and times and a volunteer profile application may be found by clicking here. The City of Jefferson appreciates the many volunteers who serve on our boards and commissions. These groups devote many hours conducting business on behalf of the citizens of our community.
