Schedule 2008

The 5th grade flag football program is run cooperatively by the Parks and Recreation Department and the Jefferson City School District. Children interested in playing should register at their school during registration for the 2008-2009 school year. Each participating school will form the team ­rosters and recruit the coaches. Anyone interested in coaching their child’s team should contact the school. Schools will receive a program packet detailing the rules and policies.

5th grade teams will play on Monday evenings at the Optimist Sports Complex in Ellis-Porter Park. Schools need to turn in rosters to the Parks and Recreation Department by Wednesday, August 27. Games will begin the week of September 8.
