The Department of Parks and Recreation offers a seven-game basketball league for high school students. This league is open only to high school students not participating in interscholastic basketball during the 2008-2009 season. ALL TEAMS MUST HAVE A PARENT AS A MANAGER AS WELL AS A TEAM PLAYER AS CAPTAIN.
Each player on a team must be attired in the same color shirts. Team shirt colors are to be chosen and recorded when you return your team’s registration form. Registration forms can be picked up at your school’s main office or at the Parks and Recreation office.
Team Fee: $160
*Late Fee: $170
Registration: Nov. 10 - Dec. 8
Leagues Offered: Boys Senior, Boys A, Boys B, Girls
There will be a mandatory pre-season meeting for all High School Hoops managers and captains. All managers and captains must attend this meeting in order for their team to play in the league. Meeting date and time will be published in the High School Hoops registration packet. League rules, facility guidelines and player conduct will be discussed.
