Jefferson City Memorial Airport:
From downtown Jefferson City, take US-54/US-63 north across the Missouri River. Continue less than 1 mile - take the first exit north of the bridge. Turn right at the top of the ramp and continue across Hibernia Road to Airport Road and the Jefferson City Memorial Airport.
Columbia Regional Airport:
From downtown Jefferson City, take US-54/US-63 north across the Missouri River. Follow US-63 north toward Columbia, Missouri approximately 19 miles. Turn east on Route H and continue to the airport entrance. Allow about 30-40 minutes driving time.
