A Half Fare Pass is offered on fixed routes for persons age 60 and over, persons with disabilities, and Medicare cardholders. Passengers may obtain a Half Fare Pass from the City Finance Department by providing photo-identification, proof of eligibility and completion of the JEFFTRAN Application for Half Fare Pass. The appilcation may be downloaded here and returned to the Finance Department with the other proofs of eligibility.

Proof of eligibility for the Half Fare Pass shall be one of the following:
(1) a Medicare card; or
(2) proof of age, if age 60 or older, such as a drivers license or identification card issued by a state agency; or
(3) proof of disability, such as ADA eligibility card, Veterans Administration disability card, or physician statement
