Carrie (Tergin) Carroll is a lifelong resident of Jefferson City. Carrie and her husband Tim Carroll were married in 1997. Professional Experience
Carrie is the third generation managing her family’s business, Carrie’s Hallmark Shop in Downtown Jefferson City. Her grandparents, George and Ourania Tergin immigrated to America from Greece and started a shoe shine/hat cleaning business downtown on Madison Street followed by a dry cleaners on High Street. Carrie’s parents, Jim and Irene Tergin continued the family business by opening Carrie’s Hallmark Shop in 1976.
