To obtain a copy of minutes of a minutes which are pending approval, contact the City Clerk's office and they will be be provided to you in "unapproved format." If you would like to receive copies of other minutes which you do not see on the website, you may request them by calling (573) 634-6311 or EMAIL your request. Be sure to put "Request for City Records" in the subject line of your email.
