Richard Koon has lived in Jefferson City’s Second Ward since 1971. He is married to Celeste Koon and has three adult children. Rich also has two grandchildren who attend South School.

Ph.D. in Political Science, University of Missouri Master's in Public Administration, University of Missouri Bachelors Degree in Public Administration, Missouri State University
