Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent in envelopes provided for Mobile Data Terminal Deployment, Central Missouri Regional Justice Information System as described in specifications that can be picked up at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 320 East McCarty Street, Jefferson City, Missouri.
A pre-bid conference will be held on September 16, 2008 beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the City of Jefferson, Boone Bancroft Conference Room, 320 East McCarty Street, Jefferson City, Missouri. Prospective bidders are urged to attend.
Bids will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent at 320 East McCarty Street, Jefferson City, Missouri until October 2, 2008 at 1:30 P.M. at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the council chambers.

Utility Rate Study
The City of Jefferson is requesting statements of qualifications and expressions of interest from qualified professional firms for the preparation of a Utility Rate Study. An optional pre-submittal meeting is scheduled at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 21, 2008 in the Upper Level Conference Room of City Hall, 320 E. McCarty St. Jefferson City, MO. Previous rate studies will be made available at that time.
Additional information and requirements may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 320 East McCarty Street, Jefferson City, Missouri 65101. Responses must be returned to the Office of the Purchasing Agent at the above address no later than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 11, 2008.
