A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 14, 2010 beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the Boone Bancroft Conference Room, Upper Level, 320 East McCarty St., Jefferson City, Missouri. The pre-proposal conference is mandatory for all potential offerors.
