Missouri ASA Code requires that all Missouri teams participating in tournament play be
individually registered, covered by ASA insurance, and follow all ASA national Code
requirements. For teams that intend to play only in a single Missouri ASA event during the
year, for a form to be used to register properly, and be covered by ASA insurance for a single
weekend tournament only (3-day maximum). Insurance coverage is described on page 2.
