The Department of Parks and Recreation makes it possible for teams or individuals to rent ball fields for games, tournaments and practices. In order to rent a field for a game or tournament the host sponsor must complete a contract and review it with the General Recreation & Support Services Division Director. Those wanting to rent a field for practice, must obtain a field use permit from Parks and Recreation.
Single/Double-Header Games - Vivion Field $85 per field
Tournaments - Vivion Field $95 per field per day
Single/Double-Header Games - all other fields $75 per field
Tournaments - all other fields $85 per field per day
Damage/clean-up/key deposit $50 per field per day |

Practices $2 (for Parks and Recreation fields only)

We encourage all coaches of youth programs, including those not coaching in Parks and Recreation programs, to obtain coaching certification, preferably through NYSCA. NYSCA clinics are offered through Parks and Recreation. For more information about these clinics, please call 634-6482.
