The Support Services Division is under the direction of the Support Services Captain. The division is comprised of the Communications Section and the Records Section. Communications Operators within the Communications Center dispatch law enforcement and fire personnel for both Jefferson City and Cole County. The Records Section, under the direction of the Records Supervisor, handles and maintains the various records required for operations including offense reports, traffic accident reports, enforcement records, arrest reports, and all records and reports used in the judicial process.
